The Tru Return Method™ is my signature approach to Midlife Lifestyle Design — created to support women through the physical, emotional, mental, and lifestyle transitions of midlife.

Together, we create space to pause, reflect, and honestly look at what is and isn’t working anymore. We uncover the habits, stressors, patterns, and expectations that may be keeping you feeling depleted, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck — and begin creating intentional lifestyle shifts that support the life and health you truly desire.

One of the first things we explore together is your Empowered Wellbeing Model — the 8 dimensions of wellness that influence how balanced, fulfilled, and supported you feel in your daily life.

Often in midlife, we realize that while one area of life received most of our attention, other parts of ourselves were quietly neglected along the way.

Together, we identify which areas are asking for more support, intention, healing, and attention so we can create greater harmony from the inside out.

These dimensions include:
