How Sessions Work
We’ll meet one-on-one (by phone or Zoom) for 30-minute sessions where you’ll have space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with intention.
Between sessions, you’ll have tools and practices to integrate into your daily life, helping you stay aligned and motivated.
You can schedule a single session or choose a package for deeper support and accountability.

I’m Lisa McKenna, founder of Tru Lifestyle — a wellness practice grounded in over 20 years of experience in massage therapy, yoga instruction, holistic nutrition, and mindfulness.
My approach to coaching is heart-centered and collaborative. I believe that true wellbeing comes from aligning your lifestyle with your values — one small, intentional choice at a time.
My role is to guide, support, and empower you to create the life you desire — not by adding more to your plate, but by helping you return to what truly matters.
